IBPS is the acronym for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. It is currently the sole authority that conducts the recruitment examinations, particularly for positions of clerical and official within the Indian nationalized banks. In the past, as a candidate, you had to pass a series of tests that each bank independently conducted to fill open positions. The question now is, how do you prepare yourself for IBPS tests and get those lucrative bank positions? It is more than necessary to get yourself ready ahead of time. The two-tier system is comprised of the Common Written Exam (CWE) and an interview. You need to study daily current affairs in this regard. You will be invited for an interview only when you pass the CWE. You will need to demonstrate your ability in three subjects: English, Reasoning, and Quantitative. Be sure to search the internet for all the details about the test.
